Our Story
Our story begins in 2021 with the opening of “Hotello – Hostel and more”, the facility that hosts us.
The first two years have been exciting and full of evenings and events that have made us realize even more that sharing is the most beautiful thing in the world.
And what could be more beautiful than sharing a good time at the table?
Here was born the idea of officially becoming the highest restaurant in Trieste.
With a kitchen team led by chef Giacomo Fabbretti, with a dining team led by Giorgia Paliaga, the 7th restaurant is ready to amaze you with hits of intriguing and delicious dishes.
13 dishes including appetizers, first courses and main courses among fish, meat and vegetarian proposals.
Our intention is to tell you about a journey, which begins today and we hope & want last as long as possible.

We have a wide range of top locations available, between Trieste, Monfalcone, Gorizia, and Udine.
Style
We decide with you on the style and image that your event. We evaluate the choice of colors and arrangements according to what most emotionally involves you.
equipment
We take care of the room setup so that your event is perfect. We provide all the equipment needed for rental: guest tables, chairs, islands and accessories.

Each event requires a different menu proposal: From the most classic to the most structured. On-site express cooking is our strong point. We are at your disposal!
